Miami-based technology and multimedia company, a sister company of, continues its global expansion into South America today by acquiring Brazilian market leader, The acquisition of this digital automotive platform allows to expand its global network that already includes properties in the U.S., Italy, Canada, Turkey, and France. supports the company’s global business strategy and aggressive expansion into new markets around the world, which will see in over 15 editions by the end of next year in as many as 10 languages.
