Hey, kid, do you want to learn about Ural's first new sidecar platform since pretty much forever? If you do, then you could, of course, go read my full review of the prototype here if you want.

What's that, you like videos better? We've got you covered there, too, because you can now go watch the new video we've put up about it. In it, I take you on a ride-along with me and chat about the high points while we ride. Since it's the weekend, maybe you even have a little spare time, and you feel like doing both. Since the Ural Neo 500 Prototype I'm riding in this video is, in fact, a prototype, you should be aware that it's not the finished product. To be completely clear, things about this bike can and will likely change by the time that Ural makes the production version of the Neo 500 available for sale to the public. It's an important thing to keep in mind, since some changes may be significant. What you see in this video is a machine that's very much a work-in-progress.

For myself, since it isn't every day you get to ride a prototype, I'm looking forward to seeing how this machine evolves into the finished version that Ural will present to customers in 2026.

Speaking of which, the current plan is for the production Ural Neo 500 to come out sometime in early 2026. No official, hard-and-fast release date has been announced yet, but once that information is available, we'll be sure to keep you posted.
