BMW's New Limited Edition Superbike Celebrates the World’s Greatest Motorcycle Race

BMW revealed an M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT Limited Edition model to celebrate the 115th running of the IOM TT. Here's what makes it special.

That time of the year is upon us: Isle of Man TT season. Usually, most of my attention goes toward whatever slick limited edition lid Arai has cooked up for the TT, but this year, BMW takes the cake. For 2026, the Bavarian brand produced an M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT, and the specs are pretty juicy.

The limited edition model is based on the BMW M 1000 RR with the M Competition package (without pillion package), which is already a whopper piece of kit. But BMW has ensured this model will turn more heads than the package it's based on, thanks to a shedload of TT-specific features that you won't see anywhere else.

The M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT is finished in British Racing Green Uni Matt, which is laden with TT graphics featuring selected sections of the TT Mountain Course. Any sections with left-hand turns are on the left fairing, and all the featured right-hand turns are on the right—nice touch. The attention to detail runs deeper still with a carbon airbox cover with TT course and TT logo, an aluminum tank finished with painted satin chrome, and a seat in an Alcantara finish.

This model comes with a certificate of authenticity, rear workstand, assembly stand mounting, and an M motorcycle mat (250 x 105 cm) with M logo and TT logo. The finishing touch is a milled numbering on the top yoke that shows which of the 115 units you have. It's not random that BMW has limited production to just 115 units, as the M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT marks the 115th running of the IOM TT. I'd imagine all 115 bikes already have homes, so I'd settle for just getting a look at one in the flesh.
