This liter-sized ADV bike is available equipped with Honda’s DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission), meaning there’s no clutch on the bars and the bike takes care of the shifting for you. The AT is a big dual-sport but, as we reviewed a couple of years ago, holds its own amongst the dirt-biased dual sports and will boogie down the road just fine (though folks do complain the suspension is a bit mushy for real pavement shenanigans in the twisties). For those who want a big dirt bike mixed with an upright capable long-distance canyon carver, you could do worse than this Honda. The DCT is an advantage in the dirt, too; the bike can be under power all the time, without losing any momentum to a clutch pause.
